The Original 7 Wonders of the World

The 7 wonders of the world have the New and the Original.
Previously, i've blog about the New 7 Wonders of the World
and rite now is the Original 7 Wonders of the World's turn.
Or i should say The 7 Wonders of the Ancient World.

#1  The Colossus of Rhodes
      GREECE
     It was said it's the statue of Greek Titan Helios on the 305 BC.
     56 years later, a huge destruction happened and it cause large portion
     of the city destroyed.

  One of my most wanted destination
#2   The Great Pyramid of Giza
       Egypt
.    It is the oldest of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World,
    and the only one to remain largely intact. It is believed the
    pyramid was built as a tomb for fourth dynasty Egyptian
    pharaoh Khufu and was constructed over a 20 year period.

 #3   The Hanging Gardens of Babylon
        Iraq
        This is consider as the most purely legendary. The gardens were
        said  to have been destroyed by several earthquakes after the
        2nd century BC.

 # 4   The Lighthouse of Alexandria
         Egypt
         The purpose of this lighthouse was to guide sailors into the
         harbour at night time.

 #5   The Mausoleum at Halicarnassus
        Turkey
        A tomb built between 353 and 350 BC.

 #6   The Statue of Zeus at Olympia
        Greece
        According to Suetonius, the Roman Emperor Caligula "gave
       order that such statues of the gods as were especially famous
       for their sanctity or for their artistic merit, including that of Zeus
       at Olympia, should be brought from Greece, in order to remove
      their heads and put his own in their place.

 #7   The Temple of Artemis at Ephesus
        Turkey
        Known precisely as the Temple of Diana, in which dedicated
        toGoddess Greek. It was completely rebuilt three times before
        its eventual destruction in 401.
